[BNM] Reverse (invert) video on a pc

Hi,

Can anyone tell me of a card/software or something that will show colours 
on a Win XP computer in reverse video. By this I mean white is shown as 
black and black is shown as white and all colours are shown in reverse 
(negative?) too.

The macbook does it very neatly and I'd like something similar on a Pc.
