I like my Sony W800i on orange, but they're going for around £100 on ebay

It's got all you have suggested below - the main issue is the absurd
charger/headphones/usb all in one socket, which requires the plugs to have
wire-thin connectors, rather than a good old-fashioned solid jack. It also
means you'll have trouble finding other things to plug into it, or for it to
plug into (e.g. a car charger, or similar.)
