After almost two years I once more find myself in the position on
needing a new flatmate - this time to move in at the end of January
2007:

CAT-LOVING FLATMATE required to share spacious high-ceilinged
semi-furnished two-bedroom flat  in Hove with one other person.

Flat is in the Palmeira Square area near seafront and buses and has
garden, balcony, central heating, washing-machine, cat, wireless
broadband and BT landline.

Rent £425 pcm (share bills).
