[BNM] [OT] eCommerce - The best ever confirmation email?

I loved getting that email and remember the name of the site almost
exclusively because of it. That email is also one I trotted out to
consultancy clients as an example of how to make customers feel good. Sure
beats "Your order has been dispatched".
