Hi,
I note the start time is 8pm. Is that the start of the event or the talk? 
I'm quite keen on going but doubt I can get there for 8pm. I can probably 
get there for about 8.30. Is there a bit of mingling beforehand which I 
will just have to miss?

Obviously I'm not expecting you to change times but wondered if you knew 
the timings for this event or past similar events?
