[BNM] Flash swf - how work out height and width?

Hi, a hopefully basic question:

I've got some .swf files which play videos, but I don't know what width
and height they're supposed to be set at. When I play them in the
browser, they come up full-screen (well, scaled to the height of the
window), which makes them blocky. Is there an easy way to tell what
height/width they were created for? Note: I don't have a copy of Flash.
