Jay,

try EasySpeedy [1]. Iused them last year for a few months and the service
was great. The best thing is if you totaly screw up the machine you can get
it resinstalled throught their control panel software in about an hour and
start again.

Tech support were helpful and speedy to reply to emails and even their
billing dept was great. In fact they are probably the best host I have used
yet.  Based in denmark though if thats an issue.
