It gets triggered by the Farm adverts, you get an 'Add to calendar' link
on the right above the adverts.
Guesswork: It finds the word 'meeting' in the first line of the mail,
and also words like 'tonight' and 'tomorrow' - it bases the details it
grabs across to the calendar on that. It might even be able to make the
location correct if using an American zip code, it doesn't seem to have
enough to go on in the ad I send out.
I can't find any details of what triggers the Add link, but that's all I
can see in my advert that might trigger it. You might need to spell out
a date as d mmm yy format - i.e. with the month as words - to avoid any
confusing with American date systems.
