[BNM] [OT] bittorrent app prefs

Right then,
got the satellite system installed. 16Mb downstream apparently,
although I only get 3 and a bit.

Looking for a Bittorrent thing (never used one before, so easy to use
a must) so I can download loads of films and porn. trouble is, i only
have 56k modem upstream, so I want a bittorrent where i can download
loads real fast but only upload a paltry 56k.

which one is best?
