To be fair to Tiscali, the 4.5 meg you get is not their fault. People 
should note that 8Mbps is the maximum you can get with G.DMT. Noise on 
the line will reduce this whichever provider you are with

BTW i would suggest Moving-edge if you're after a 20:1 service, we don't 
do MAX on 50:1
