[BNM] Locking down Outlook 2003

Its down to how they want users to script for outlook, and that menu ids
tend to change.

Give me the details of what menu ids you are after exactly, and the
versions of outlook, and I will have a fiddle with Visual Studio.

I've been looking for them for 2 days now  with no luck - it's very
frustrating -  why can't MS just list them all???
