[BNM] [OT] Lets move to: Peacehaven?

Hi folks,

Well you didn't manage to talk Iestyn out of moving to Lancing, but I'm
wondering if you fine people can exert any influence upon a potential move
to Peacehaven.

Seeing how we can't afford Rottingdean or Saltdean, and I'd sooner die than
set up camp in Puerto-de-la-Slade, our budget is now pushing us further
along the coast, and I'm finding myself entertaining the idea of Peacehaven,
or more specifically the north end of Telscombe Cliffs, for myself, partner
and baby.

Anyone got any experience of this area? Would you recommend it?
