3 roles available in London for junior web developers : 6 months' 
minimum commercial experience in translating design concepts and 
developing dynamic websites using PHP, MySQL, (X)HTML, CSS and 
Javascript.  Server administration experience (Apache, RedHat) would be 
advantageous but not crucial.

also knowledge of W3C standards and cross-browser issues as well as 
knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Flash (including 
Actionscript).
