I've got over £5500 back of my banks for all the money they've pilfered 
off me over the years. It's dead simple. You just add up what you're 
owed, then copy & paste the standard letters on the site etc.


a)
YOU: Write to them asking how much they've taken in the last 6 years
THEM: Play for time, decline to give you an answer, send you statements 
without adding anything up etc.

b)
YOU: Go through your statements adding up what's owed. Takes about an 
hour. You then send a letter saying "you owe me £n"
THEM: Deny everything.

c)
YOU: Fill in the form on the small claims court website
THEM: Offer you 50%

d)
YOU: Decline it
THEM: Refund the full amount.

more detail, questions, letters to copy and paste etc.
